HOW MAIL-IN REPAIR WORKS
- Request your free quote. Fill out the form below and tell us your device and what’s wrong with it.
- Get your quote and shipping instructions. We will text or email you a free quote, our shipping address, and packing tips.
- Ship your device to us. Pack it securely and ship it to the address we provide. Include a prepaid return shipping label inside the box so we can send it straight back to you when the repair is done. You can buy a prepaid label from USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a discount label site like Pirate Ship.
- We repair it and ship it back. Most repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours of arrival. We will send you tracking as soon as your device is on its way back.

You cover shipping your device to us, and you include a prepaid return shipping label inside the box for the trip back. That keeps the process simple with no surprise fees.
What if my device cannot be repaired?
We will contact you before doing anything further and walk you through your options.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data stays private with us. We still recommend backing up your device before shipping it, just in case.
